Biking Sapa and Bac Ha market 3 days

Northern Vietnam short biking tour: Sapa - Bac Ha Market, Medium trek, 3 days / 4 nights

The night before: Hanoi - Lao Cai  

Our tour guide take you to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train at  21:15 PM to get to Laocai Station. Over night on the train soft sleeper with cabin 4 sharing berths. 

Day 1: Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho (B, L, D)

6:00 am: Arrive in Laocai early in the morning. Bus ride uphill to Sapa.

9h00 : after breakfast, depature the trip by cycling Through Muong Hoa valley to Lao Chai village – Black H’Mong minority people. Leave your bicycle there and walk down 2km to go to Lao Chai village, visit school of minority people and discover their daily life. After that, trek up 3km along paddy fields to Ta Van village - Dzay minority people . Picnic lunch at the Local family.

After lunch, trek 5km through the bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai village – Red Dzao Minority village. Soft break at “rattan brigde” - the oldest rattan brigde in Sapa then take the Jeep 15km to Ban Ho – Village of Tay minority people.

16h30 : Arrive the stilt house where we will stay over night  in the village Trek to the beautiful “Lavie” Waterfall.

18h00 : go back, and have dinner with family there! A little wine and have a talk with them to learn about their culture and life style. Overnight in the stilt house.

Day 2: Ban Ho - Nam Toong - Sapa (B,L,D)

Morning: enjoy the sunrise at the village. After breakfast, 4km up to the moutain to visit Nam Toong – Dzay minority village. Visit school and houses, have talk with the children

10h00 : Back to Ban Ho, take your luggage. Say goodbye to the local family and go back to Sapa by van.

12h30 : have lunch in the hotel, then you are free to walk around Sapa town, visit Sapa market or you can trek to visit Cat Cat village to see water fall or meet minority H’mong people.

Evening: have dinner, free to go to “ Love market” to discover the minority people find their darling and watch their dancing. Overnight in hotel in Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa – Bac Ha market - Lao Cai - Hanoi (B, L,D)

 After breakfast in the hotel, 2 hours morning road trip by bus to Bac Ha market. Visit the market with minority people from many different villages.

12h00: have lunch in the restaurant, then go to visit a palace of H’mong Lord. After that, trek around Ban Pho village of Flower H’mong people.

17h30:Bus to Lao Cai station, have dinner in the restaurant, and then  get on the night train around 20h00 back to Ha Noi.

Last Night: Lao Cai - Hanoi 

Over night on the train soft sleeper with cabin 4 sharing berths. Arrive Hanoi train station around 5:00am, tour ends
